How much does a website cost?

Packages start at $600 for a 3-page custom site. Most local businesses land on the Standard package at $850, which covers up to 5 pages with full SEO setup. The Premium package is $1,400 for larger sites with more content. There are no hourly rates and no hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.

Do I need to have my content ready?

Not at all. If you have text and photos ready, great. If not, I can work with whatever you have — even just a description of your business. I'll write the copy and source or arrange placeholder photos until you have real ones. Content prep is never a blocker to getting started.

How long does the whole process take?

From initial quote to a live site is typically 1 to 2 weeks. The Starter and Standard packages often come in under 5 business days once content is confirmed. Premium sites with more pages take a bit longer. The biggest variable is usually back-and-forth on feedback — most clients move quickly once they see the first draft.

What do I actually own when the site is done?

Everything. You own the code, the domain, the hosting account, and all the files. Nothing is locked behind a subscription or tied to my tools. If you ever want to work with someone else, or just host it yourself, you have everything you need to do that.
