By accessing or using jaydenbrownweb.com (the "Site") or engaging Jayden Brown Web Design for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or engage our services.

Services

Jayden Brown Web Design provides custom website design and development services for small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in writing (via email or signed proposal) before work begins. These Terms govern general use of the Site and supplement any project-specific agreement.

Payments

• A deposit of 50% of the project total is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files or site access are transferred.
• Payments are accepted via Zelle unless otherwise agreed.
• Unpaid balances past 14 days of the due date may result in suspension of deliverables or site access until payment is received.

Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website design and all custom code written for their project.
• Jayden Brown Web Design retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion.
• Third-party assets (stock photography, licensed fonts, plugins, or frameworks) remain subject to their respective licenses. We will inform you of any third-party licenses included in your project.
• Until full payment is received, all work product remains the intellectual property of Jayden Brown Web Design.

No Guarantee of Results

We build websites that follow current best practices for SEO, performance, and usability. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or business results. Search engine algorithms change frequently and are outside our control.

Revisions and Scope

• Revision rounds are as specified in your package or proposal.
• Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before work proceeds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jayden Brown Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or from services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Citrus County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
